Privacy Policy

What we collect

• Telegram user ID, name, username and language code
• Group IDs and titles, group settings and moderation records (warnings, mutes…)
• Payment records (plan, amount, time, payment identifiers)
• On website login: the ID, name and username sent by the Telegram Login Widget

What we don't collect

Regular chat messages are not stored — only content admins configure (welcome messages, auto replies, scheduled messages). We never receive passwords, phone numbers or card details.

Purpose

Providing group management, resolving @usernames, payments and subscriptions, preventing abuse.

Third parties

Joining users' IDs may be checked against CAS (Combot Anti-Spam) for spam protection. To confirm web payments, Pibbo's receiving addresses are looked up on public blockchain services (tonapi.io, TronGrid). When you pay via @CryptoBot (Crypto Pay), @CryptoBot processes the payment and Pibbo only receives the result.

Retention and deletion

Data is kept while needed to provide the Service. Request deletion with /paysupport in the bot. Backups are deleted automatically after 14 days.
