Telegram Stars payments

Within 7 days of payment and if no paid feature has been used, request a full refund with /paysupport in the bot. The refunded period is removed from your plan.

Web (crypto) payments

Crypto payments can't be reversed automatically. Within 7 days of payment and if no paid feature has been used, request a refund with /paysupport; after review we send the same asset on the same network back to the sending address (or one you give us), minus the network fee. Exchange-rate changes are not compensated.

When refunds are not possible

Access restricted for violating the Terms, more than 7 days after payment, or paid features already used.
